while their father is out hunting, dean and his younger brother, sam, are constantly enrolled into different schools. dean is the troublemaker of the class who always finds ways to interrupt the lesson and annoy the teachers. he tries to keep the tough guy facade, though once people get to know him better, it’s easy to spot his soft side. for early teen years, he’s quite confident and sociable, though, sometimes he gets shy around girls. for late teen years, he's more confident and bold. with their newfound freedom, sam and dean get to live the rest of their lives however they choose to. dean renovates bobby's property and opens the SINGER AUTO repair shop. moreover, he chooses to devote his time and energy to being a father to his kids. after spending many years desperately trying to keep them safe, he finally gets the chance to just be there for them. he wants to set things right by them and raise them to be the best that they can be, as he lets them choose who they want to be. whether he is a single father or he is settled down with someone who understands the life, dean is still by his brother’s side. sam and dean are growing up to be hunters like their father. dean is trying to pick up after john and learn everything there is to know about hunting. he has recently dropped out of high school, in order to focus more on hunting and saving people. alternatively, sam is already in college, while dean is carrying on the family business with his father. sometimes he can be found hunting on his own. dean is the obedient son, obsessed with hunting monsters and saving people.

dean is back from the dead and on the road, hunting. he is broken and scarred from the hell he had suffered for four months, although he appears to be completely fine. he encounters angels for the first time and has a very complicated relationship with his brother. he has trouble trusting him due to certain choices that he had made during the time when dean was gone, but he still cares about him and wants the best for him. dean is a little rusty, but still good at hunting. dean lives a happy, normal life with lisa and ben, until sam surpringly comes back from the dead. eventually, he gets back on the road, hunting with him, while he feels devastated for leaving the perfect apple-pie life that he had always dreamed of behind. the winchesters have trouble trusting castiel, due to his odd behavior. dean is quite tired and rusty, but still a skilled hunter, who aims first, and asks questions later. dean is back on the road, hunting with sam, after spending an entire year in purgatory. the two brothers, with the help of the prophet, kevin, attempt to close the gates of hell, in order to lock away all the demons on earth. they discover the bunker and live there, after spending their entire life in motel rooms. due to the brotherhood he had developed with the vampire, benny, in purgatory, dean grows more open-minded about monsters, and realizes that not all of them are evil. dean is a recently cured demon who is back on the road, hunting with sam, while still bearing the mark of cain. dean becomes very dangerous and can get angry rather quickly. dean is currently very murderous, and he needs to be approached with caution. there may be instances where he can lose control over the mark, and harm without intending to. on the road, hunting with sam and slowly adapting to the idea of their mother coming back from the dead. the brothers encounter the british men of letters and, while they choose to work with them due to their highly advanced ways to hunt, they don't fully trust them. everything works out well, too well. at some point, dean starts to doubt that this is the kind of life he wants for himself. he realizes he misses hunting and starts to wonder if this is it.and that's when he wakes up to find sam ( @sunsymbols ) next to him, still sleeping. because a djinn can only keep someone dreaming away a fantasy world, as long as they stay happy in it. they were sharing the same fantasy this whole time. dean shakes his brother awake. they've only been gone for 2 days. but in their minds, it felt like 2 years.with fresh memories of a fantasy that, for the first time, is actually attainable, sam and dean gather different learnings from their individual experiences. tension grows between the brothers, as sam refuses to go back to hunting and dean refuses to retire.dean does not talk about this experience to anyone right away. [ version o1 ]: dean winchester is the son of john winchester, founder of huntercorp — an international hunting company that saves people by stopping monsters all over the world. he grew up learning everything about the family business and working his way into becoming one of the hunter leaders in his father's company, alongside his brother. [ age: 20s-30s ][ version o2 ]: dean winchester ( currently under the alias, dean harrison ) comes from an alternate reality where he is a hunter at huntercorp, a global organization of monster hunters led by wealthy father. back in his world, he was practically a celebrity. when his own world gets destroyed, he and his brother, sam, manage to escape to another reality. his father’s whereabouts remain unknown, despite the fact that all three went through the same rift. now, he is currently travelling the world, exploring the notable differences and trying to survive without the comfort of his own wealth. meanwhile, he may stumble across people that may mistake him for the other dean and try to play along with it for the sake of survival. the verse is based on the episode ‘the end.’ playing both 2014!dean as a leader of an army of soldiers that fight croatoan (people with a virus that changes them into something inhuman who cannot be stopped unless they're killed) while hunting down lucifer, and 2009!dean who is sent to the future to witness the end of the world. normal life verse loosely based on episode 2.20. dean grew up in a normal household with his father, john, his mother, mary, and his brother, sam. he works at a garage, lives at his own apartment and possibly has a girlfriend. his brother is happily engaged to jessica moore and he gets to spend time with him whenever they can. they do not get to hang out as much as they used to, but they do get along. takes place after the season 9 finale and before episode 3 of season 10. when dean dies he comes back as a knight of hell. while his brother is desperately searching for him, dean is hanging out with crowley while drinking and killing. he has shut off his emotions and embraced the mark's bloodthirst. he has no tolerence for anyone standing on his way. he is dangerous ; proceed with caution. dean grew up in a normal household, brought up by both parents alongside his younger brother. despite his normal upbringing, the eldest brother had always been a bit of a troublemaker. he’d skip school so many times before eventually dropping out ; he’d never get along with any kind of authority, including the police ; and he’d always end up picking up fights with people for the hell of it. soon after his eighteenth birthday, he moved out of his family home to get away from the pressure of being a good son. he took up small jobs around town, stayed in trashy apartments and generally lived life on the run. from robbery and assault, dean’s new charge changed his life for the worst: he was framed with murder of the first degree. although he knew the people responsible for it ( ghosts of the past whom he had wronged along the way ), he didn’t have enough evidence to present to the police and clear out his name — and, even if he did, he would still end up in jail for his other charges. while he remains detached from his family, he tries to contact them during desperate times. meanwhile, he is currently trying to survive, weary of whom to trust, as he never stays in the same place for too long. sam and dean are raised by a widowed mother after their father dies in a house fire. growing up, the boys are raised to live normal lives, though mary continues to hunt in secret following the mysterious death of her husband. one day, a teen dean suspects that mary is in a secret relationship, so he follows her only to find out the truth about her being a hunter. mary tells her teenage boys the truth about the supernatural. sam is angry with her for lying their whole lives and refuses to engage with the hunting lifestyle, sending himself off to college to pursue a career and have a normal life. dean is more interested in training but her mother forbids him from hunting leading to him train in secret. one night, mom doesn't come back home after several days, prompting dean to seek out sam in stanford and ask for his help to find her. CROSSOVER

#never meet your heroes — the boys
raised by john winchester, a marine who oftentimes fought next to superheroes, dean grew up with the idea that superheroes were good. it wasn’t until he was old enough ( around 14 y/o ) that john revealed that his mother's death was in the hands of a superhero, as well. and so, dean developed an obsession with taking down supes with the belief that hunting them was the only way to ensure the safety of the human race. nowadays, dean hunts low-life, no-name supes; he’s never dared to go after the big guys ( aka the seven or vought ). while it is the ultimate goal, he has yet to find the right people to help him. currently, he is in search of them as well as a good execution plan. verse follows the spn events that took place before and during season 1. when he was only five years old, dean was kidnapped by members of manticore – an organization that created genetically modified superior soldiers – and had his DNA used to create the transgenic twins, X5-493 ( ben ) and X5-494 ( alec ). the method of using human DNA to create them was later abandoned by the committee, as kidnapping children from their homes was risky. growing up, dean's only memories of the event are merely through his father’s eyes, who had spent hours searching for his boy, only to see him back to the motel room safe and sound the next morning. over the years, john got obsessed with figuring out what happened to dean that night, while also in search of his wife’s killer. when manticore was made known to the public, john began hunting down transgenics who posed a threat to the human race, while also training his sons to do the same. one of them, X5-493 ( ben ), was a serial killer and was discovered by dean himself. shocked to find out that he wasn’t a shape-shifter using his face but a transgenic who looked just like him, dean tried to hunt him down to get answers. without knowing that X5-452 ( max ) had already killed him, dean took it upon himself to find out what happened by visiting seattle and going undercover. dean was a poor orphan who lost his family at a young age. he grew up in the village, raising his brother and himself by stealing food and hunting animals in the forest. in his twenties, he became one of the best huntsmen in the village. when word spread, the evil queen sought him out and brought him to her palace, offering him a large amount of money that would benefit him and his family, in exchange to kill snow white and bring back her heart. dean had never killed a person before, but with the information he was given, he was led to believe that snow white deserved to die and, hence, he accepted the offer. he tracked down the girl and realized that he had been lied to by the queen, that snow white was innocent. refusing to obey the queen, dean killed a deer, took out its heart and offered that instead to the evil queen. the queen didn’t realize the truth until dean was already gone with the money. he kept some of it to himself, the rest, he gave to his brother. now, he is currently on the run, afraid that one day the evil queen will find him and punish him. dean is the son of john winchester, a wealthy businessman who built a prestigious, top-secret organization, huntercorp, which was founded with the purpose of seeking and eradicating supernaturals on a global scale. john had been keeping a close eye on the mysterious activities taking place in the town of smallville, but it wasn't until lionel luthor was found guilty of murder that he was able to take action. following his father's orders, dean enthusiastically took on his first solo project assignment: study the locals and seek out the supernaturals. born to a specialist mother ( mary ) and a human father ( john ), sam and dean were destined to follow their mother’s path and become specialists by attending the red fountain, the paramilitary prestigious educational institution school at the planet magix . during one of their early missions as specialists, the boys encountered a deceptive person with the intent to harm them . sam ( @sunsymbols ) saw through the illusion and as a result, manifested fairy powers that were unknown to them before . after a year of dean trying to help sam hide his fairy powers from the other specialists, the younger brother decides to switch schools and go to alfea instead, the ancient school for fairies . although upset by the outcome, dean eventually grew supportive of sam’s choice after witnessing him in a battle . sam is a fairy of all-sight .at the age of 19, dean met and hooked up with hanna ( @huntingbound ), a former-fairy-turned-witch from cloud tower which resulted to them having a child together, lily ( @lilyspaintedred ) . hanna dies during a battle . lily grows up as a fairy of sunshine and attends alfea . meanwhile, dean grows to become a leader of specialists’ missions and a trainer to younger specialists at red fountain . [ age: 20s ]years later : dean’s secret powers : dean never doubted himself to be anything other than a specialist, but sam’s newfound nature made him extremely defensive of his stance on the matter . for the longest time, dean has been denying the possibility of him ever being a fairy because he didn’t believe he was one — and he was right : he wasn’t a fairy, but something else … when dean loses lily in battle, he cannot cope with her death . and similar to how sam’s powers manifested, dean’s powers were forced out at the event of his daughter’s death .dean discovers that he is a phoenix, a rare creature in the magical realm, and a rather powerful one . more specifically, he is a phoenix of death who has the power to bring someone back from the dead — as long as he takes another life away . the burden of having to maintain the balance has been taunting him ever since he had succeeded in bringing back his lily by paying the price . dean doesn’t use his powers as often, simply because he cannot take an innocent’s life away to save someone else . he considers his powers to be incredibly selfish, immoral, and overall, a burden . however, he will take action if any of his loved ones get hurt . in the meantime, he remains a specialist and uses his physical skills instead of his magical powers .
